Wheat flour TYPE 500 – this is the most universal type of flour. It is sourced from wheat grains and is marked by light taint. It is rich in gluten, which makes our pastries resilient and fluffy. We use it to produce pasta, omelettes, pancakes, dumplings, rolls, bread, shortbread, yeast cakes, French pastry, noodles, fruit dumplings, stiffening sauces, and many other products.

Flour type 500 is the most universal flour in Polish cuisine.

We mainly supply bakeries in the region.
The flour is an intermediate product, not suitable for direct consumption.
