Rye flour TYPE 2000 – it is the richest in goodness type of flour. It is less crumbled, which is why it is called whole grain flour. Baked goods made of this flour will have a dark colour and a thick texture. This flour is ideal for diabetics, due to its low glycemic index. It’s good for making whole-grain breads, dumplings, but also as an addition to omelets, various cakes and snacks.

Description

The flour is milled from rye grains, we don’t add any additives.
Wholemeal flour is formed as a result of milling whole rye grains, therefore it has trace amounts of rye bran.

IT IS PRODUCED IN A LOCAL MILL

We mainly supply bakeries in the region.
The flour is an intermediate product, not suitable for direct consumption.
Store in a dry, cool place.
