Wholemeal flour is formed as a result of milling whole rye grains, therefore it has trace amounts of rye bran.

We mainly supply bakeries in the region.
The flour is an intermediate product, not suitable for direct consumption.
Store in a dry, cool place.

The flour is packed in polypropylene bags.
Expiration date: Minimum 6-8 months from purchase,
depends on the form of storage.
