Rye flour contains less starch and gluten than wheat flour. Type 1400 has a grayish colour and a high content of fiber and nutrients. Perfect for the production of bread, rolls, sourdough or mixed baked goods. In industry it’s also used for the production of spirit and vodka.

Description

The flour is milled from rye grains, we don’t add any additives. It is perfect for home baking. This type of flour is the primary ingredient of rye and mixed bread.

IT IS PRODUCED IN A LOCAL MILL

We mainly supply bakeries in the region.
The flour is an intermediate product, not suitable for direct consumption.
Store in a dry, cool place.
